6 June: Belfast Book Festival

I haven’t visited Belfast since before the pandemic, so I’m very excited to be taking part in the Belfast Book Festival this year. I’ll be chatting with Caroline Magennis, author of the forthcoming Harpy: A Manifesto for Childfree Women, about writing memoir and gender roles in contemporary culture.

The conversation will be taking place in the Crescent Arts Centre on Thursday 6 June at 6.30pm. Book your tickets here, and be sure to check out the entire programme. On the same day, I’ll be in conversation with poet Bebe Ashley in my capacity as a Banshee editor, and there are several other Banshee-related events taking place!
